Welcome to Biotechnology Society of India

Biotechnology Society of India (BSI) is an association of Eminent Biotechnologists, University Teaching Faculties, Students, Medical Doctors, Entrepreneurs, technology users and Professionals working in relation with Biotechnology. The society was formed with a purpose to explore the possibilities of research and development in biotechnology scenario in India and integration of scientists, students, academicians, doctors, industrialists and professionals. BSI is a distinctive and excellent common platform where young researchers associate with eminent scientists and professionals of Biotechnology. As such, the role of the Biotechnology Society of India is to facilitate the next generation of scientists working in the field of biotechnology and to promote, propagate and encourage research in the field of biotechnology by serving as a link between various specialized fields of basic and applied Biotechnology. BSI is promoting the exchange of scientific information by holding meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops, conferences and publications in emerging areas of biotechnology.
